This website is owned and managed by the Law Office of Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, Ms. Ankita Sarangi, an Alternate Dispute Resolution and legal services professional. 

This is meant to be a Legal platform with a range of relevant and well-curated legal topics and legal issues, presented to all readers on a daily basis.  It was created with an intention to educate its viewers and readers who range from lawyers to non lawyers searching for all answers to legal queries and on a journey to learn something new. Our office provides personal legal assistance including mediation (a way to resolve disputes and avoid litigation) and Civil and Criminal litigation, depending on the nature and requirement of each case.  

The section under Court Craft aims to give an insight into the practical/ procedural aspect of everything surrounding us, how they are perceived by the judges, handled by lawyers, and what relevant law is in place regarding the same. 

The Legal Corner section aims to decrypt the legal jargons/ legalese

and simplify the laws for students, legal practitioners, and people with less to no legal experience or exposure to the prevalent laws while presenting something new to the table for the seasoned lawyers to learn and discuss.

The section under Legal Remedies aims to provide succinctly,

answers to the most pressing, relevant, and important problems, faced by people daily or frequently, by simplifying the answers to model queries that people want to ask but do not know how to or where to get the answers. We provide suitable answers without confusing them with legalese or legal jargons.

We have been associated with international "pro bono" communities helping underprivileged/indigent persons for several years and defending with a bundle of goodwill for their cause, free of cost.
